Questions
How is this different from the PDF API?
Same endpoint, different template type. Canvas templates are designed visually and suit images; HTML templates suit text-heavy paginated documents.
What sizes can I render?
Custom width and height from 16 to 8000 px, or any size saved on the template.
Can I include QR codes and barcodes?
Yes, as smart elements bound to your data.
Is it free?
Yes. PixlDocs is free for 1 year from 3 October 2026 while we work with early users. You can try a real example with no account; a free account starts with 100 credits, and you can ask us for more free credits when you run out.
