PixlDocs subscriptions are processed through our payments provider (Razorpay for global cards and UPI). Taxes are added at checkout based on your billing address, and every charge produces a downloadable PDF invoice.
Invoices
- Every charge produces a PDF invoice, emailed to your billing address.
- All past invoices are downloadable from Account → Billing.
- The company name, address, and tax number you enter appear on the invoice.
Business details (for company accounts)
Business subscribers can save company details once, and every invoice picks them up automatically:
- Legal company name
- Billing address
- VAT / GST / tax registration number
- PO or reference line (optional, appears on the invoice)
Payment methods
Cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, RuPay), UPI, and net banking in supported regions. Update your default method under Account → Billing.
Cancelling
You can cancel any time. Your workspace stays on the paid tier until the end of the current billing period, then downgrades to Free — templates and renders are preserved.
